2019 Winter 5% Challenge

OK. Here's my 2019 Winter 5% Challenge accountability blog!

I've opted to be a 'Determined Daisy' because after maintaining for some time, I feel determination is the thing I need most.

First, I don't have 5% to lose, but would like to lose 3%
I will be checking in with my weight every week on the 5% Challenge team

Exercise - I either walk or run for 30 mins every single day without fail
I am also starting the Elements program with GMB which exercises the whole body in fun ways - giving me strength, flexibility, control.
I go to a weekly Iyengar yoga class (if I'm not working).
I also intend to get my bicycle serviced and add cycling into my exercise schedule.

Diet - I will continue with the No S diet, also following Ayurevedic guidelines which will include a period of detoxing after New Year - probably 3 days of kitcheree and fruit. I've not done this before, so it'll be interesting.

I haven't done a 5% Challenge for a while - but it's a great way to really fire up your commitment and determination to make progress.
