I didn't get far enough to fill crispy oven baked potato skins with cheddar like I planned. I like that crispy skin with light margarine, sea salt & a couple twists from the black pepper grinder. Sometimes the junk food junkie comes out in me and I squirt a line of Heinz ketchup. I honestly can say I never craved French Fries after I started baking naked potato (no tin foil, no oil... so skins crisp)… maybe tomorrow I'll last long enough to get those skins under the broiler with cheese, but probably not...
