No more excuses....

So, this week I did my usual grocery shopping and stocked up on a few odds and ends.

I have the two cook books I bought myself for Christmas and used it to make lunch. I made baked chicken wings and tossed them in a hot sauce and olive oil mixture.

I ate 3 and then had half a cup of cottage cheese. I have made egg salad for sandwiches, I have a little ham salad left. I also put together a cucumber and tomato salad out of the cook book as well. I got some iceberg lettuce and can put that on top to make a salad. I have a few granola bars, some string cheese and fruit cups.

I plan to have my shake every morning, acceptable snacks between meals and then water, water, water. There is a great salmon recipe in there too Herb Crusted Salmon.. sounds awesome, will have to pick up some plain salmon for it.

I can't wait to make the Cheesy Broccoli Soup or the Baked Potato Soup, they will go well on these cold days... weekend lunch or a quick weekday dinner. (enjoyable sigh here)
