Last night, I made a delicious meal of falafel. I noticed that eating high fiber foods, like garbanzo beans helps me feel full. I definitely overindulged in dessert, but on the bright side, I don't feel guilty like I normally would because I truly feel motivated enough to keep going and work hard. That really indicates change for me. It's only been one week using this website, but my approach to weight loss certainly begun to improve.
