I had a mini vacation this week and I kinda got off track. I felt lost when I could not get internet connection and track food and exercise on Spark. We celebrated two birthdays (without cake),however, while eating out for several meals I went over on portions and had a few snacks that were not on my regular routine. Now I am finding it hard to get back on track. Today I went looking for motivation and found a couple of quotes, one of which, I am printing to magnet to my refrigerator.
I was able to get 90 minutes for exercise today with two walking videos and riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes.
I did not do as well with the nutrition. Went over on my fat percentage.
