After work I was tired and hungry. My 6 year old wanted to go to the fund raiser at the skating rink. I'm currently eating keto. My everything told me to give in, and eat the pizza. I prevailed!! I did not eat the bread. I ended my day at 1350 calories. This is a MASSIVE win!! I just wanted to share.
