A Quiet Day

Thursday, December 06, 2018

Today it WAS a quiet day.. even with my great great nephew Avery with me..
It was a cold walk to the school this morning with the snow coming down .
I sure got my exercise in by trying to push the stroller through the snow.
With more snow coming I will get out the sled so Avery can have a sled ride back and forth to the school.
the little guy falls to sleep soon as we start walking.

Tomorrow will be my last day for watching Avery. It was fun.. this old gal got worn out from playing and running after him, changing diapers, getting him to eat, getting him dressed ..
It has been 6 years since I looked after a little one.. but again I say it was fun.. He made me feel almost young again.. Such a happy little guy. always smiling.
I will miss that fresh baby smell ---lol

So as I said it was quiet . Ate good got my water into me and did my exercise
We will see how my last day goes tomorrow with Avery.

my two grandkids at school ready to help walk Avery home..

till tomorrow

Little ones keep us young Jo and as long as you're in good health, pulling that sled with Avery on it is good exercise. I wish I could even walk outdoors!!

Looks like your two grandchildren really love him too!

Keep up the good work! I'm blogging daily for this month but not sure I can keep it up after that, I live a dull life, not much to blog about. LOL.

You are brave to walk pushing a stroller in the snow. Avery is very lucky to have you.

The plus side of this is good exercise steps. emoticon
