Starting to feel better! ☺

It has been quite a week with my health. I had the worst stomach bug in Sunday. I couldn't keep anything down that day. A family member gave me some medicine that finally worked. So I obviously couldn't workout that day. Monday I was still nauseaous, I couldn't eat too much. Tuesday morning I felt back to normal. So I finally got a workout in! Then later that day Mother Nature decided to drop in with a vengeance. That laid me up for the rest of Tuesday and yesterday! (I have a health issue that makes it soooo much worse) Today I feel so much better! I went to the park and walked 1.5 miles, I even jogged part of the time!
So because of the roller coaster of issues I have decided to fore go my weigh in tomorrow and just focus on myself.
