Plateau woes...

I am 10lbs down from the beginning of the year and have remained here for 4 months....I know it is my diet that is the problem. I do well most days but blow it all in 1-2 days. I am consistent with working out and see definition but I have this stubborn belly and love handle fat hanging on. I only have a little more to go...

I am going to really try to buckle down on reigning in my diet and am starting a new workout program hoping to kick this plateau's arse! emoticon
