November review and December goals

My goals for November were to exercise at least 10 minutes a day, including cardio at least 4 days a week, strength training at least 2 days a week, and yoga at least one day a week. I also wanted to work on push-ups. I didn’t work on push-ups at all. For my other goals, I didn’t meet them, but I did exercise some.
My goals for December will mostly be the same. I want to exercise at least 10 minutes a day, including cardio at least 4 days a week and strength training at least 3 days a week. I also want to attend two classes I signed up for at our local parks and recreation department. I am going to start taking yoga two days a week and tai chi one day a week. My last goal is to work on doing push-ups.
