End of the year..

It's been a bad tear for exercise but my husband is heading to Cuba on a mission trip so I have plans to work on myself ie eating better and actually getting my exercise done. This was easy when I met friends at the gym every day but nearly impossible with DH being home all day every day, wanting to watch TV and eating. With a week to myself hopefully I can get on track and STAY on track!

    I know what you mean...weekends with hubby home is a challenge. He wants to relax, watch tv and eat. Sigh. I understand, he works 40 hrs a week and at nights to boot. But the eating too much and snacks has to stop. For both of us. It is hard to have willpower when faced with temptations like that daily. Keep it up...put blinders on and make that exercise and better eating happen! W can do it! 💟
