Ever get up in the morning and feel like you're facing an uphill climb? It's easy to just slide backwards, but once you get a foothold, things get easier!
While there may be no "Quick Fix" to most things, such as weight loss, for we know it is a process. However, I have found there are some tools I can use right here in Sparks that will bring Instant Gratification and a feeling of accomplishment. (Plus-you get spark points too!)
The good news is, I don't even have to leave the front page!
Since Sparks came up with the great idea of Spark coach: "Own Your Day" I make daily lists. This is great for people like me who can't fathom going to bed if boxes are not! checked.
Just when you think Sparks has given us so much, one more thing comes along!
I love being able to personalize my planner and track ahead too!
You see I get INSTANT GRATIFICATION and LOVE adding that green check to each task!
I jumped when Sparks offered the tool. And it has a 'Criss-cross' effect Spark Guy talks about often, in that, I work on other goals 'sides exercise and end my day feeling satisfied!
So, here it is if you want more instant gratification, other than your morning cup-o-buzz! (I even play mental games to see how fast I can accomplish every thing! If you don't yet have here's how:
You can go to Account / E-Mail Preferences and there is a button there to select which Start page to use--the classic one or the new one with the daily planner. (This picture shown is pretty faint-put gives you an idea. And you can put your own tasks in). (You can also easily switch back to the original page if you desire).
Ok--Bed made: Check ... glass of water down before coffee: check ....Blog written....check.
