I woke up super hungry today. I'm guessing it was because I had my dinner around 4pm yesterday. I ate breakfast, then went all day without eating, until dinner at 4pm. So this morning I ate 2 ham, egg, cheese biscuits and a small coffee with 2 half n half singles and 1 sweet n low pkt. Guess I'll be going without food all day today, again, because I already spent most of my calories for the day. 😳 I'm sure that one day soon, I'll get the hang of this thing called "HEALTHY EATING".
