I plateaued in my weight loss journey last June, and there didn't seem to be anything to start up my weight loss again. I eventually joined SP Premium and I emailed a coach about it. She said to stop weighing myself for a week or two and just focus on the healthy habits I had developed. She was right. I didn't weigh myself for about a week or ten days, and when I did, I had lost 2.5 lbs. I was so surprised. I've known for the past couple of days that I was close to 199 or 200 lbs., which has been my goal for the past year. I weighed myself this morning and I am at 199! I am officially in One-derland! It's so exciting! I haven't been below 200 lbs. for close to two years. I am working on eating healthy and tracking my food, as well as exercising more. Exercising is difficult right now because I am in finals for school. I don't have time today, but I hope I have time to exercise 3-4 times next week. I started walking again and I have been walking for about 45-55 minutes each time I walk. I am walking about 3 miles each time. I want to boost it up to 4 miles before Christmas.
