Chapter 30, Day 28 Challenge complete

Lost 6.5# over the Challenge, short of the 8.6# needed for a 5% weight loss goal. My loss looks good on paper, but the first 4 # were dropped Week 1, and 2.5# lost (and some re-gained) over the remaining weeks. So, I fiddle fooled around for most of the Challenge.
Yet, a loss is a loss and progress. And, during a holiday month.
I'll keep it going during the In-Between Challenge. It helps keep me focused on weight loss. With another holiday month afoot, it's a good strategic decision for me.
Lately, I've been browsing at Ellie Krieger cookbooks I borrowed from the library. She has a usually-sometimes-rarely approach to food; no food is off limits and with no use of artificial sweeteners. Over the next month, I'm going to adopt her approach and see where this journey takes me. And, for the first time in my life, ever, I'm going after a more balanced lifestyle. LOL, that's a goodie..... I'll soon be into my busy season with client work. If I am 1% successful, that will be progress.
