It's Friday and I'm definitely ready for the weekend. Is supposed to be warmer but rainy so got plans to exercise and make keto food indoors tomorrow. Set up the bike by a TV so I can binge-watch the DVR and not feel guilty. Amazing how fast 30-45 minutes goes by when you're distracted by something!! emoticon emoticon

    I used to love running on the treadmill - while watching a show, then I found audible and the Zombies! Run App, and fell in love with the stories. It definitely helps to stay distracted while exercising. I'm hoping my 12 yr old will get up soon, and take me, I mean join me for a 3 mile walk! LOL!

    You are doing great! When I'm on a treadmill or another stationary item, I love watching shows too. It is a wonderful distraction from the monotony of the exercise. emoticon

    Yes distractions definitely make the time fly by. I read and listen to music and the minutes tick by faster than they would if I were watching every second tick by.
