Reboot Day 15

Thursday, November 29, 2018

Back is healed, neck is healed, tummy is healed. Now to get back on the program and hit it again. emoticon

Last night I was scrolling through Facebook and came a crossed a meme that said, "Every time I think about dieting, the lettuce is contaminated." I laughed emoticon so hard because it is almost true for me. But the good thing is I am not dieting this time. I am being more cautious emoticon of what I intake and exercise. I always put to much stress emoticon and then I quit because it becomes to much. And so far it has been working. I don't stress about calories, carbs or fats, I just make sure everything is in moderation and only eat healthier emoticon , and make sure I do at least 10 minutes of a good vigorous cardio exercise emoticon daily with strength training emoticon and walking emoticon . I seem to be doing better doing it this way then what I did in the past, which caused stress. Stress and I do not work well together, I stress (tend to stress over everything), I gain weight. That is no good or healthy. I feel so much better emoticon not putting so much emphasis on weight loss emoticon and just focus on doing what is right for my body. And again it's working. Very happy with the results so far. emoticon

Well thank you for reading my blog. Have a Wonderful day.

Definitely a wise move to focus on health vs. "dieting" or weight loss. Healthy lifestyle habits are the way to go.

Wow, you've been through a lot! It's great that you found a low-stress strategy. Life-style change vs "dieting" makes a big difference.

Good for you for getting back on the horse so to speak and finding a way that works for you. I'm the same way with stress. If I'm stressed the scale either stalls or gains regardless of what I'm eating or how much exercise I'm doing.
