Reboot Day 15

Back is healed, neck is healed, tummy is healed. Now to get back on the program and hit it again.
Last night I was scrolling through Facebook and came a crossed a meme that said, "Every time I think about dieting, the lettuce is contaminated." I laughed
so hard because it is almost true for me. But the good thing is I am not dieting this time. I am being more cautious
of what I intake and exercise. I always put to much stress
and then I quit because it becomes to much. And so far it has been working. I don't stress about calories, carbs or fats, I just make sure everything is in moderation and only eat healthier
, and make sure I do at least 10 minutes of a good vigorous cardio exercise
daily with strength training
. I seem to be doing better doing it this way then what I did in the past, which caused stress. Stress and I do not work well together, I stress (tend to stress over everything), I gain weight. That is no good or healthy. I feel so much better
not putting so much emphasis on weight loss
and just focus on doing what is right for my body. And again it's working. Very happy with the results so far.
