It is still a little nippy outside:29 degrees. I am grateful for my furnace and appliances. Our dear neighbor Don brought his snowblower over here and did our driveway. DD got the gas can out and told him to use as much as he wants to use. He is a sweetie.

I found another box of decor, so put some of it in the dishwasher and washed my two conch shells and will let them dry for a day, as they have a lot of little holes that drain water from all angles and I do not want any water on my custom shelves. No rush.. One of the shells is from Sea Shell City that my parents bought back in the late 50's on one of our treks to the U.P. The other one is a shell that I got near the reef in St. Thomas when I was on a cruise there. We snorkeled out to the reef and I got it cleaned up and polished and it will never leave my house. Such fond memories..

I have had to buy shells since I've never been to any place where I can find them.

John loves to pick up rocks and log pieces wherever we go. I love them too and am so glad he writes where they are from. I would never remember myself. But we have many from both Israel trips and those are my favs and very "special". But it's time to visit somewhere else to get new "members".
