Walking Day 2

Walked in the evening for 4.79 km, 7000 something steps. If i can fix my eating habits again, then may be the scale will move... I remember in the past my eating habit was even worse worse than now, and i over came that, day bu day i learned and started eating much cleaner and healthier, i didn’t even miss the junk food in my life anymore, i was cooking everythig i like at home with lower sodium salt and healthier ingrediwnts, now i am more knowledgable about that. Onw time i did that in the pst and received good reaults, now i can do again...
