So far, so good! Drinking lots of tea instead of rummaging for snacks :-) Someone commented on my last blog post that I am an emotional eater... this is true! I eat when I'm hungry but I also eat when I'm tired or stressed or overwhelmed or sad or have something to celebrate, etc! I also eat because I see food, or because others are eating, or because it is 'time to eat' etc! I need to get back to eating because I'm hungry and no other reason! Just made a pot of tea so back to the books I go :-)

    Thanks for the support :-) I wouldn't say that I have a favourite tea, I like to vary it! I often go for English Breakfast though! A newly-discovered caffeine free one for evenings is Tetley's cinnamon spice, yum yum!!

    I am also an emotional eater, so I know how you feel. Today was a new start for me & now when I think I’m hungry, I drink water!!!

    I used to eat out of boredom. bought a bag of mini baki g chips to keep in freezer as being frizen melt slower. My 1 day a treat was a shot glass of these. Now i buy mega party bahs of hershey kissrs. 3-4 a day satisfies me. Just something diffe
