So far, so good! Drinking lots of tea instead of rummaging for snacks :-) Someone commented on my last blog post that I am an emotional eater... this is true! I eat when I'm hungry but I also eat when I'm tired or stressed or overwhelmed or sad or have something to celebrate, etc! I also eat because I see food, or because others are eating, or because it is 'time to eat' etc!
I need to get back to eating because I'm hungry and no other reason!
Just made a pot of tea so back to the books I go :-)
