Fortieth Weekend Fasting Cycle - New Barbell Set and Cooking

This is a long Thanksgiving weekend and I took advantage of that. The fast started after the Thanksgiving meal to Mon morning, making it 88 hours. I'll take that.

I bought a barbell set so I can do deadlift and some other lifts.

This weekend I precooked 2 ducks with a deep fried method and also taro chips.
