Can I keep it down?

My weight climbed out of a major stress and dropped again last week because of a minor but distressing stress. The stress has gone, but can I use the drop to get nearer to where I want to be? It’s so nice to lose a bit of tum and to have regained something of a waist!
If I put this here, I’m more likely to have some success!
It’s a new week! Let’s step into it with a bit of optimism!
