I hit two milestones today! First, I went to the park and walked two laps, which is two miles. I haven't walked that much in two years. I was tired but I pushed through. The second milestone is that I hit 10,000 steps tonight. That's the first time that's happened to me with my Fitbit that I bought last summer. I noticed at 9 PM that I was at 9,000 steps, so I marched in place for 15 minutes while watching TV. This is so exciting! Tomorrow, I'm going to the park again after church and I'm going to walk two and a half laps.
