Counting my blessings on this Thaksgiving Day!
Thursday, November 22, 2018
I am so much to be thankful for and at times, it
is so overwhelming. July is a month I hardly remember
and August was a month to recover, Another 2 months
spent in cardiac rehab and slowly returning to work.
Not quite full time yet but as much as I can handle.
I am also working on getting clutter out of the house.
I had started before my open heart surgery and am
continuing the process. So many memories as I sort
things to go to my children and other relatives who can
appreciate the items saved from long ago. It makes me
wonder why I waited so long and why I held on to so much.
Human nature, I would say. I am happily donating all the
extra clothes, dishes and other items to charity. I have enough.
Look around, dear Sparkers. See how much you have and
enjoy each day. Think of those who are less fortunate and
share the bounty you have, if you can.
Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for all the comments. I will
think of each of you with love.
