Fitness Goal

My new fitness goal is to do at least 10 000 steps each day and to walk in the outdoors as much as possible and use either Jessica Smith or Leslie Sansome utube videos to back this up. I'd also like to commit to at least 2 strength training sessions per week. emoticon emoticon
