FOUR STEPS BACK!! ACTION TIME, GOING FORWARD

I weighed in today and I have bounced back to 185. That is a gain of 4 pounds in a week. I know it is water, but it could be fat also.
After doing some research and thinking about how I overate last week, but still lost weight. Well I did not eat a lot sugar. This time I did have lots of processed food that had added refined sugar.
SUGAR CREATES FAT
So, after some research I found out too much refined sugar can turn into fat. See attached link. I will start watching my sugar intake and see what happens next week.
