Same old number...
Past few weeks -
Continue with at least 5 freggies a day - Very good
64 oz. of water a day - usually more like 48 oz
No more than 1 diet cola a week - had one most days
No snacks from work - cut back, but room for improvement
10 minutes of cardio a day - some days
Next week's goals
5 or more freggies a day
64 oz of water a day
At least 10 minutes of cardio a day
Went to the big city (Billings) for meetings this past week. Drive there was good, drive home - not so much - 60-75 miles of icy snowpack (about a third of the distance)... Also nasty wind, but I just kept plugging along, and made it okay.
