I discovered this sheet pan chicken recipe a few months ago, and have made it almost monthly since then! And I found I can use the sauce for other recipes, it's really quite tasty.
The last time I made this (last weekend) I supped out the cabbage for butternut squash cubes and halved brussels sprouts. And that was really good too! The crispy skin on the chicken thighs is sooooo good! I do cook longer than the recipe states, I go 20-25 minutes on the first round, then another 20 once the cabbage is put on, and then I cook the cabbage alone for about 15 minutes. It's really worth a try!
