Settling in to my second week (back) at Spark.
This week my I have my eye on the prize - that elusive last 10lb weight loss.
My goal is to give just a little bit more time and attention, each day, towards this goal.
I'm focusing on small changes. Little additions to my routine.
Hoping that they will tally-up in the long run.
