Chapter 30, Day 14

Temporarily lost my focus on health and wellness the last half of the week. Sobering weigh in: gained a half pound back instead of losing. Bah. With just 2 more weeks left to the Challenge, I need to lose 4# more to achieve a 5% weight loss. Factor in Thanksgiving food event. Yep, this past week was key, and I partly ignored the opportunity I had.
Refocusing. Regrouping. What is my game plan? It had better be a good one!
Smart food choices. It can't be said enough. Fitness minutes every day, including the gym 4 times.
I am attending a fundraiser tonight that includes a meal. Smart food choices. It is far wiser to leave food on my plate. I will pack a bag of carrots and celery. And I know I can count on my brother-in-law for his green salad.
Weigh in could have been worse (lunch plans with former boss got rescheduled at the last minute).
Client work: very productive week and yesterday.
Hair appt. Good bye grey roots.....perfect timing for a night out.
Friend who is recovering from surgery was cleared to drive and is back in her own home now.
Smart food choices. Leave food on my dinner plate.
Gym at the Y today, you betcha!
