2 yrs, some ups, some downs

Started my journey in October of 2016. Lost about 50 lbs during my first few months. Then I plateaued for a long time, then I quit the gym 5 mths ago and gained back 16 lbs. I got back to eating right for 3 wks before I went back to the gym and now I am back in the gym, kicking butt, losing weight slowly but losing it. Lost 17 lbs in 6 wks. Still more to go but I did quit drinking soda 2 yrs ago and I have stuck with it. I was never much of a drinker but I did drink socially with friends, high caloric drinks like daiquiri's and pina colada's. That is over with. I always eat my protein and veggies first. So, some ups, some downs but some good habits have stuck!
