Today was a good day! My workouts are improving, actually felt my mood lift today. Circuit training, cardio and light weight (8pds) strength training broken down into 3 sessions made for an active day. Getting ready for the holiday, my family celebrates with food and I am preparing to scale back my regular holiday habits. It is going to be a battle of sheer will but I have a few people striving to stay on point so we are going to support each other. Portion, portion, portion...that's the key and I am very much aware of that!
