Still having a hard time getting motivated today... But I will get the Elliptical & Recumbent bike in today.
But... that having been said.. my husband walked in on one of my dance routines and ended it at 15 minutes lol The look on his face when his nearly 45 year old wife was 'twerking' was priceless lol. And enough to make me very self conscious LOL. Today’s work out felt much better than Day 1 & 2!! Even had a bit of an extra bounce in my step and could already feel improved flexibility while doing yoga!!
