I created my own 10 min circuit this morning: 1st set Arm circles Modified jumping Jack's Modified high knees Hamstring kick backs (March in place 1m) X2 2nd set Jumping Jack's Pulse squats 1min air boxing Squat jump March in place 1min X2 So proud of myself, I would have never thought of this when working out before. I am taking ownership of my body and figuring out what works best for me. #progress
