Yesssss. Next mini goal ACHIEVED 117 down

Wow. I am over the moon. I actually made my next mini goal. I am down 117 pounds with 16 more to reach my goal.

UPPED THE INTERMITTENT FASTING.
I decided to add one day of total fasting to my 16/8 Intermittent Fasting routine and it is working. For a while the weight loss stalled, but adding the one day, or 40 hours to the regime has really shown to be fruitful. I probably would have lost more, but I did overeat the day before. That's okay though. I am finding what is working.

NEXT STOP 170ville
So, my next town will be 170ville. Then GOALVILLE (is that a team here?)
