Chapter 30, Day 10

Yesterday was a good gym day, as I both walked the indoor track and did stretching and strength training. It was not so productive with client work; their disorganization and not mine. I decided not to let it interfere with my plans to visit my friend who is recovering from surgery and we had a very nice visit. On Thursday, she will leave her daughter's home and resume recovery at her own house. She will like that better, and so will I as it is closer for visiting and checking in on her.
Have both Grands today. The youngest, 13 months, has another bad cold and fever. She spends 3 days at daycare weekly, so I guess no surprise that she is sick again.
I am making a double batch of ham and pea soup today. I am trying to get my freezer stocked with at least 3 kinds of soup. It comes in handy when I am sick or don't want to cook but still want to eat healthy. I consider it one of my most effective weight loss weapons, lol.
