Stop Complaining

This morning I had this thought: Why are you complaining? Stop it! You are overweight because of your poor food choices, lack of exercise and feeling sorry for yourself. Instead try eating a balanced healthy meal, get up and move, stop feeling sorry for yourself. It's not going to be easy and it will be uncomfortable and you will be sore but if you keep at it, you will challenge yourself and feel better! Take Care of yourself, you deserve it! YOU DESERVE IT!!
