W6 - Summary

Not much to say, gained 0.6# this week. Still working on tracking my food, still working on making better choices. I did get in two BollyX workouts this week. Even 30 minutes kicks my ass, but it is nice to be somewhat active again.

I'm feeling disappointed I didn't lose this week, but will keep working towards different. Overall, I know that I'm eating less than I was and that food isn't as present on my mind.

    In my experience the weight loss will all even out. Some weeks you gain and then BAM you lose big the next week. Keep moving forward!

    Keep on with eating less and thinking less about food, that will keep you on the right track.

    If one of your workouts was close to your weigh-in day, the extra fluid your repairing muscles are using may account for the difference.

    Keep working on the tracking and better choices, those are a couple of the baby steps...
