Working on keeping tabs on my food intake even if it bad. My tummy hurt so lite dinner tonight. Hope can wake early for sunday to enjoy day before work. I wanna do alot of things (unrelated to weightloss) so much on my plate. Working hard to understand where I need to be personally with food. Working harder each day to find my own path. Thinking making switch to sandwhich thins hard time seeing pita or wheat bread *yuck!
Not 3 things that happen as par my daily task:
I woke 6am and got 10 books online to work on reading.
Did most of the dishes after work which made me happy
Weird thing mention to hubby to think about looking into a certain place for work and a recruiter followed him on twitter just was so odd.
Alrighty whelp gonna start doing squats and movement work outs not to get in shape but just to get my body use to the movement. Would love bending over not getting winded or lite headed! Alrighty whelp we will stick with this and keep hoping to make positive changes as I progress!
