I'm having issues sleeping and eating is kind of a hit and miss. There isn't really a consistent pattern to when I'm hungry. I suppose everything considered, that is to be expected. Still planning on starting some semblance of physical activity on Monday morning. Just trying to get through day by day.

    We have to take one day at a time! Even though some of us have to start over everyday, we are still trying. Make yourself eat something even if you do not realize you are hungry. Your not alone in this walk of life. Be blessed.
