I have done nothing but rest today and tomorrow will bring more of the same with worship and football. All I did today was clean up the kitchen, make tacos for lunch, update finances and pay bills, check email, Facebook and Spark. Tonight is game night and unfortunately Michael wasn't able to come over and join us after all. His dad keeps him home in such random ways that none of us can figure it out.
Tomorrow will be church and Maegann is spending her first day with the Children's Ministry during the 8:30 service (training). I may go early and go sit in on the teen class as adults have been invited to do that so the kids know they are worth our time. Then we have our Anchored Class before worship.
Once home, I will bbq chicken and then enjoy some football.
Tim has been busy working outside today. He has torn off the board siding above the garage door on the original bay so that he can put the gray siding in its place so it matches. Here are pictures he took yesterday of his brick and eaves project.
He did such a good job matching the mortar and bricks that you can't tell where the old ended and the new began! The gray siding above the garage bay in the first picture looks so dark...it really is the same as what is on the side of the house!
The dogs are much less antsy around each other today. Nice that Ellsworth especially is getting more comfortable with the little intruder we brought home a week ago!
