I took my Fit Bit off to charge it today and failed to put it back on my arm so I lost a lot of steps today. Based on what I do all the time, I estimated 6,000 steps. I actually think I did more but have no way to prove it. Besides the actual walking, I did the Jumpstart your workout and a Coach Nicole 28 day cardio burst. I also played the piano (very actively) for 60 minutes, and did some housekeeping and decluttering. I have a real challenge on the decluttering and am planning to spend time on this every day. I'm ready to take my house back. emoticon emoticon emoticon

My son treated me to a hamburger tonight from What-a-Burger. In my defense, I got the what-a-burger jr. with no fries. emoticon Breakfast, I had a biscuit with gravy (within my numbers) and at lunch I only ate a sausage (no side dishes) . Came out okay for the day.

The emoticon actually showed a few more ounces lost. Slow and steady is going to get the job done. emoticon

The SHOOTING STARS emoticon emoticon will be boarding the Jumbo Jet to Machu Picchu (Peru) tonight. We are traveling to so many "neat places" on our trips. Think about joining us for the Winter Challenge. Watch your SP pages for the time to join. It's a lot of fun and we learn about different places in the world. We work hard as we have our tasks to complete. LET'S GET ON BOARD SHOOTING STARS AND MOVE ABOVE THE 7TH PLACE. WE CAN DO IT. emoticon emoticon

At least you are able to log some steps. And you moved. I do hope you enjoyed your day with everything you did.

I forgot to put my fitbit on the other day. Was so bummed when I realized I wasn't wearing it. I have a desk job and love that it reminds me to get up and move.
