Back from vacation

Saturday, November 10, 2018

I've been on vacation for the past two weeks and I had so much fun. I did the theme parks, saw family, and cleared a a few things. One of the things that cleared is what my relationship is with someone. We have been somewhere between more than friends and who knows for a long time mainly because of distance. While the distance hasn't changed what we are and where we are going is. It's nice to not wonder. I miss him now even more than before, but have a goal to work for. Monday is for paying bills and starting to kick things into high gear so I can see him again next year and meet his family. Having a goal to work for helps make time go faster. It was wonderful to come home to my girls (cats not people). I missed them so much. I missed seeing them and my family. My sisters enjoyed the postcards that were sent and the ones I brought home so they can keep postcrossing. I got to eat some really great southern food and I gained 5 lbs back but that's okay it will come back off. I figured I'd gain a little so was expecting it. It was great surprising my boyfriend (now official) and my sister and brother-in-law. I got to meet their 5 cats and see their home they start renting next week. My sister loves him and I finally had "the talk" with mom about my dating life because of where things are and how serious it is. US kids don't really talk about who we are dating and where we are at until we have to. It went better than I thought it was going to.

Great job anticipating your food and weight changes. It makes it easier when you plan ahead. I have a cousin who sends me postcards when she travels. I love receiving them.
