I lost 1 pound this week and now I am down 30 pounds. emoticon



This past July I started to focus more on being as healthy as I can be and how my body was feeling instead of focusing so much about the number on the scale and the pounds started to come off. I eat healthier, dance doing housework and no matter how busy the day is I make time to check in on Spark emoticon and get on my yoga mat. emoticon Since changing my lifestyle to be healthier and losing some of this extra weight I have more energy, I feel healthy again and I'm smiling more.
