Chapter 30, Day 7

Stronger commitment. Action. Weight loss. Grinding it out. The snacking monster challenges me periodically. It seems I wanted weight loss this week more than I wanted daily careless eating (can't claim perfection). Most of the week I made smart food choices, and I made it to the Y gym the 4 days that I set for my goal.
Ditto for this week's goal: smart food choices and Y gym 4 days.
It snowed here yesterday, though it is melted now. The cold weather makes me want to hibernate so it is a good time of year to have a new Y membership, a health insurance benefit that I appreciate.
Sitting the Grands tonight while their parents have a date night out for dinner and couples bowling league. DH and I did that years ago and it was always a fun night out.
Met my week's goals.
Lost 2 pounds.
Thankful DH is helping me with client work and likes doing it.
Happy for some time with the grands tonight.
Started some Xmas shopping yesterday.
Past week finished up a month long client project with success.
Make smart food choices and get to the gym 4 times this week.
Have a super relaxing Saturday!
