I injured my rotator cuff, but with physical therapy and strengthening exercises, my range of motion improved and the pain subsided. With the cold and winter rolling around, I'm starting to feel the pain again. It's as if that area is tightening up on me. This morning, I did my cardio kickboxing class and even modifying certain movements was a challenge. I've come to the realization that I cant go so hardcore anymore. I feel like my body is falling apart. I'm not giving up though, I will have to find other workouts that'll still help me get to the fitness level im seeking. I need to stop stressing my body.
