2. Sit with my emotions instead of using food to hide from them
Been having some struggles lately. I guess I've overdone the exercise because now I have plantar fascitis and heel spurs in my foot. Now I'm not exercising AT ALL since I can barely put any weight on it. I am frustrated and irritated as well as in pain. Add to that a recent breakup to a 2 year relationship and I feel like my world is spinning. Spending more time in prayer, meditation, and reflection to try and settle it back down. Weight is climbing instead of falling. I feel like I'm starting over. Failure is not in my vocabulary so I'm pressing through, but it's hard..
