Calcium and Black Bean Spaghetti

NO, they do not go together. It is just what I wanted to write about today. I decided to have something saucy and found some black bean spaghetti to used instead of wheat pasta (DH is sensitive to gluten). This bb spaghetti a good source of fiber and protein. So glad I still had some left. Then I made a romaine, tomato, onion salad with Tuscan Italian dressing. YUM!
About the calcium, I cannot take as much as is suggested just now, but I still track it. I developed a bone spur earlier this year and it was painful to walk for a while. I had to lower the cal, but did up my mag to break it down. The spur is so small now, I can walk w/o pain. So glad!!!
Last week was not a good week for my exercise. I was under the weather a bit and bottoming out w/o energy. Much better this week.
