I’m gearing up to lead another challenge!!
It’s going to be a very SIMPLE CHALLENGE with minimum of 15 mins of movement 5 days per/week... more is always welcome and the choice of fitness/movement is entirely up to you.
Ultimate goal is to get started and the momentum will begin to pick up and roll all on its own.... :)))
