Yesterday went well enough. While I ate in calorie range, I added some extra carbs I didn't need to. Improvement needed and I will make that one of the day's goals.
It's not a gym day. Fitness minutes need to happen from home today. Maybe some Leslie Sansone before the Grands arrive for the day.
